Six more corona infected in Tripura, six recovered, 15 active patients

Agartala, April 25: Tripura is not seeing much of an uptick in daily infections of Corona. But, the victim is constantly being found. However, due to the increase in the rate of corona sample testing, the infected are being detected at this moment. In the last 24 hours, 6 people have been infected with Corona in Tripura. Similarly, 6 people got cured after getting rid of that disease. As a result, the number of active patients currently stands at 15.

According to the health department’s media bulletin, a total of 1,007 samples have been tested in the last 24 hours, 4 by RT-PCR and 1,003 by rapid antigen. In that, corona infection was found in the body of 6 people through Rapid Antigen. As a result, the daily infection rate currently stands at 0.60 percent. Meanwhile, 6 people have recovered. As a result, there are currently 15 active patients with Corona in Tripura.

Incidentally, 108059 people have been infected with Corona in Tripura so far. Among them, 107038 have recovered after getting rid of the infection. Currently, the rate of corona infection in the state is 4.06 percent. Likewise, the recovery rate has been 99.06 percent. Meanwhile, the death rate was 0.87 percent. Besides, 937 people have died due to corona in Tripura so far.

In the media bulletin of the health department, it is also known that in the last 24 hours, 3 people have been infected with corona in West district and 1 person each in Sipahijala, North Tripura and Unkoti districts. In the remaining four districts, no new cases of corona have been reported.
