He said that the closing ceremony of the Youth Festival will be held on February 29. The closing ceremony will be held at Swami Vivekananda Maidan. Prize distribution ceremony will be held there.

A total of 827 participants from eight states of the entire Northeast have participated this time. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha will be present at the closing ceremony on Thursday, February 29.

He further said that special seating arrangements have been made for the guests at the function. Apart from this, this joyous event will be open to all.

But the question is being raised about the organization of such an event in the state in the midst of the examination season. It has been seen in the last few days that the ruling party ministers and MLAs are bringing one famous singer after another to the state. Apart from this, sports and fairs are being organized in the state. The whole state is reeling under noise pollution due to such events.

After Minister Sudhanshu Das, now a grand event is going to be organized in the state at the initiative of Minister Tinku Roy. The Tripura Board of Secondary Education’s Higher Secondary Examination will start from the next day and the Madhyamik Examination will start in the whole state after a day. Besides, the students are taking their exams in schools and colleges. And at this time the ministers and MLAs are pushing the future of the students into darkness by organizing sports and fairs. Those who are responsible for running the government have taken up such work. The studies of the students are being disrupted. Parents are not able to protest against it openly.
