Further investigation led to the identification of additional suspects: Sujit Malakar, Chanki Chowdhury, Amit Goswami, and Rupak Malakar, whose residences are in various parts of the city. The police arrested these individuals and learned that they had stolen vehicles from Nim Bridge, Maharajganj Bazar, and CR Road. The suspects have been involved in stealing and dismantling vehicles to sell their parts.

The police have gathered comprehensive information from the arrested individuals and are continuing their investigation to apprehend the entire network involved in these thefts. Despite these efforts, the rise in theft cases in the city remains a concern, with vehicles being stolen even in broad daylight.
