Agartala, October 6 : Saving human life is a great aspect of humanity. Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury said this at a voluntary blood donation and health camp organized by South Indian Bank’s Ramnagar branch office at Ramnagar in capital Agartala today.
According to him, blood donation saves lives. So we need to raise awareness on blood donation to ensure that those who need blood get cheap and quality blood on time. Standing next to a person in danger and extending a helping hand is the identity of an ideal person every moment hundreds of people are being defeated in the battle of life for a single drop of blood; it is not desirable for us in any way.
On this day, he said, meeting the need for fresh blood in blood banks is our responsibility and moral duty. Inspiration, encouragement and initiative in humanitarian activities should be our main aim. As a result, suffering for human blood will be greatly reduced in the coming days.
