Surat Sessions Court in the case of defamation Rahul Gandhi’s big blow The court has ‘rejected’ Rahul Gandhi’s plea and also said that Rahul Gandhi’s sentence will not be suspended due to his comment on ‘Modi title’.

A sessions court in Surat convicted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in a criminal case for his ‘Modi epithet’ comment and sentenced him to two years in jail. Because of this, Rahul Gandhi lost the position of MP. This time, Rahul Gandhi is also disappointed with the verdict of the Surat Sessions Court. Later, Rahul Gandhi will have to approach the High Court to get relief.
