Agartala September 1: On the invitation of Agartala Press Club, 17 representatives of Dhaka National Press Club arrived in Agartala on Friday for a three-day visit. Agartala Press Club welcomed the visiting delegation at Agartala Press Club.

President Jayanta Bhattacharjee, Secretary Ramakanta Dey, Agartala Press Club Joint Secretary Abhishek Dey and others included Dhaka National Press Club delegation includes President Farida Yasmin, General Secretary Shyamal Dutta were present at the Agartala Press Club. He also said that they have brought greetings from people and journalists.

The General Secretary of Dhaka National Press Club said that the two press clubs will talk about how to increase the relationship and friendship. He said that Agartala has occupied a place in the hearts of the people of Bangladesh because of this, in 1971, the largest number of people in Bangladesh took place in Agartala. President of Agartala Press Club Jayanta Bhattacharjee said that the state is blessed with the memory of Rabindra and Bangabandhu. Representatives of Dhaka National Press Club have come here on the invitation of Agartala Press Club. During the tour of Agartala, a friendly cricket match between Agartala Press Club and Dhaka National Press Club will be held at Narsinghgarh on Saturday. They will also visit various places of interest in the state on Sunday. Prize distribution will be held at Press Club in the evening.
