Agartala, August 10: Power Minister Ratan Lal Nath held a meeting with the State Power Corporation officials at Kumarghat PWD Dak Bungalow regarding the power situation in Unakoti district today.

General Manager (Technical) of Vidyut Nigam along with Additional General Manager and Deputy General Manager of the district were present in this meeting.

 

Ratan Lal Nath said, there was a discussion with them about how to maintain uninterrupted electricity service here during the monsoon season and resolve minor common problems by themselves. Besides, the officials of the Electricity Corporation have assured that they will make every effort to keep the electricity situation normal. Corporation officials expressed hope that they would be able to keep their promises.
