Assam Rifles Flag Off Eastern Command “Purvottar Bharat Parikrama” Car Rally from Agartala for Silchar, Assam
Headquarters Assam Rifles Alpha Range under the aegis of Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) flag off the much lauded Army’s Eastern Command “Purvottar Bharat Parikrama” car rally at Agartala on 09 Apr 2023.
The DIG, Assam Rifles Brigadier Vikram Guleria, Sena Medal bar gave best wishes to the team for their onward journey and appreciated the efforts made by the team in bringing a positive change in the attitude of the youths of the North East by channelising their thought process towards nationalism and spirit of sacrifice for the Country.
As part of the flag off ceremony, he interacted with all the team members which the PVC winner, Hony Capt Yogendra Singh Yadav (Kargil War Hero).
