Agartala: Dec 12: Animal Resource Development Department wants to start a central government project called mobile veterinary unit in the state without ignoring the central rules and regulations. So it was strongly opposed by the unemployed youth of the state.A notification has recently been published complaining of unemployed youth. But there is a guideline of the central government that the monthly salary of all the veterinarians who will work in this unit will be 50 thousand rupees. But the notification published by the state government mentions that only 25 thousand rupees have been allocated for veterinarians. In this case, the veterinarians filed a deputation alleging deprivation. There are many unemployed veterinarians in this state. Their recruitment process is closed for many years. They called upon the Special Secretary of Animal Resource Development Department, Dr K Shashi Kumar, to cancel this notification as soon as possible. Dr. Partha Pratim Dutta, general secretary of Tripura Progressive Veterinary Doctors Forum, also demanded that doctors be hired for 50,000 monthly.
