Agartala: June 30: In a recent episode of the popular program “Mann Ki Baat,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed gratitude to the people of Tripura for their support in the Lok Sabha elections. Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha participated in the program, organized by the 14 Badharghat Mandal.

Dr. Saha highlighted the significance of “Mann Ki Baat,” emphasizing that it provides unique insights into various issues. He praised Prime Minister Modi’s approach, which sheds light on lesser-known topics and encourages knowledge-sharing.

During the program, Prime Minister Modi thanked those involved in conducting the elections. He acknowledged the people’s blessings, which contributed to his return to power. Dr. Saha personally conveyed best wishes and congratulations to the Prime Minister on behalf of Tripura’s residents. The Bharatiya Janata Party secured two Lok Sabha seats and won by-elections with substantial majorities, prompting further congratulations from Prime Minister Modi.

The program also touched upon sports and the “Vocal for Local” initiative. India’s improved position in sports and the promotion of local products were key points. Prime Minister Modi’s commitment to national progress and strength resonated throughout the discussion.

The event was attended by Bharatiya Janata Party state president Rajeev Bhattacharya, Badharghat MLA Meena Rani Sarkar, and other top mandal-level leaders.
