Agartala: June 01: Today, the Executive Committee of the Pradesh Congress convened to deliberate on crucial matters related to vote counting techniques. State Congress president Ashish Kumar Saha presided over the meeting, emphasizing the significance of efficient and accurate vote counting processes.

Mr. Saha highlighted that Tripura has already witnessed two rounds of Lok Sabha elections. As the state gears up for the next phase, the committee focused on the roles and responsibilities of counting agents at the designated centers on June 4. Their operational procedures and coordination were thoroughly discussed to ensure a smooth and transparent counting process.
