Agartala: Apr 22: With the initiative of Debdaru police officials a mega Prayaas programme on drugs abuse has been organized here in Kowaifang market under Debdaru police outpost in Shantirbazar sub division today. Aiming to generate awareness amidst the local people over the dangerous affect of drugs amongst the youngsters the police officials have conducted this mega programme where a large number of local villagers have taken participation in this awareness programme. As per the report, Dy SP Parendra Reang and Debdaru OC Bakul Reang have taken active part in this mega prayaas awareness programme in Kowaifang market and provided different kinds of essential tips to the villagers over drugs abuse and rehabilitation. According to the Debdaru police officials anothe awareness programme over drugs awareness also organized in North Hichachara para under beat no.8 where many villagers have obtained genuine knowledge from the police officials over the critical consequences of various drugs.
