​ Agartala, December 11: In the Bishalgarh robbery case, the police are detaining innocent people without arresting the main accused. Pramila Bahini again protested by surrounding the Bishalgarh police station by making such a complaint.

According to the details of the incident, the police arrested an innocent youth from Madhya Laxmibil area last Saturday in the case of robbery of a bolero car along with cash in Bishalgarh bypass area, Bishalgarh Bypass Road robbery mastermind caught by Bidyut Sarkar. Last Thursday afternoon, local residents arrested this notorious robber from the area adjacent to Officetila School. On the 2nd of December last, on the way from Sabroom to Agartala, the robbers stopped a car on the Bishalgarh bypass road and robbed the mobile phone of the driver along with two and a half lakhs in cash. In view of the incident, a case was registered at Bishalgarh police station. Bidyut Sarkar and Sajal Nama, the main accused in the robbery case, were arrested from the area adjacent to Officetila School. But the police arrested the innocent Subhankar Das leaving the two accused persons. Pramila Bahini protested the incident this morning by surrounding the police station.
