Opposition leader writes to the Chief Minister demanding the cancellation of Janjati Suraksha Mancha

Agartala, December 19: The Janjati Suraksha Manch has called for a larger movement demanding the protection of the rights of the Janjati section of the converts on December 25, i.e. Christmas. Leader of Opposition Animesh Debbarma requested the Chief Minister’s intervention by writing a letter to not allow this rally in the interest of peace in the state. Moreover, former Supreme Pradyut Kishore Deb Baman of Tipra Matha gave a message to maintain peace and order in the state.

Opposition leader Animesh Debbarma wrote in the letter, Janjati Suraksha Manch has organized a rally on 25th December in Agartala. The people of the converts have called for agitation demanding cancellation of various facilities. Leader of Opposition Animesh Debbarma requested the Chief Minister’s intervention by writing a letter to not allow this rally in the interest of peace in the state.
