The Modi government has formed a committee on the policy of one country, one vote. Former President Ram Nath Kovind headed that committee. BJP President JP Nadda met with Kovind. Some of the political analysts have expressed their doubts. On the possibility of upcoming assembly polls in five states. Along with that, the issue of bringing forward the Lok Sabha polls is also being discussed. A special session of Achkama Sangsad has been called for five days from September 18. There is speculation in the political circles to pass the bill related to one country one vote.
