NITI Aayog delegation held meeting

Agartala December 20: Members of the NITI Aayog delegation held a meeting with representatives of industry associations, civil society and the Academy of Tripura on Wednesday. NITI Aayog delegation includes NITI Aayog Member Dr VK Saraswata, Senior Advisor Rajeev Kumar Sen, Deputy Secretary Hemanta Kumar Meena and others.

While discussing in today’s meeting, NITI Aayog member Dr. VK Saraswata said that the development of Tripura state is progressing at a fast pace. Tripura is advancing especially in the field of industry. Tripura state has sufficient amount of bamboo, rubber, agar, pineapple. Industry is likely to develop around these bullets. The communication system has developed considerably in the state of Tripura. He also assured that the NITI Aayog will provide necessary support for the development of the industry in the state.
