New committee of BJP formed in Tripura

Agartala, December 30: BJP’s state committee in Tripura has been reshuffled ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. Today the state BJP president Rajeev Bhattacharjee released the new committee list.

In that list, Dr. Ashok Sinha, Bimal Chakma, Subal Bhowmik, Tapas Bhattacharjee , Papiya Dutta and Patal Kanya Jamatia got the post of provincial vice president. Revati Mohan Das has been dropped from the post of provincial vice president in this list. In his place, Subal Bhowmik has got a new responsibility as Vice President.

Besides, MLAs Bhagwan Das, Amit Rakshit and Bipin Devabarma have got the post of state general secretary. Similarly, Tapas Majumder, David Debvarma, Ratan Ghosh, Moushumi Das, Pravuka Nandan Riang and Ajanta Bhattacharya have been named as state secretary.

In that list Nagadhiraj Dutta and Mrinal Kanti Nath have been placed as state treasurers. Mihir Sarkar has been appointed as office secretary.

Mimi Majumdar has been appointed as the president of Mahila Morcha Pradesh. MLA Sushant Dev has become the president of Yuva Morchar Pradesh. Similarly, Arvind Das has been appointed SC Morchar Pradesh president. Parimal Debvarma became the President of Janjati Morcha Pradesh. Malina Debnath became the president of OBC Morchar Pradesh, Pradeep Baran Roy became the president of Kishan Morchar Pradesh and Billal Miah took charge as the president of Minority Morchar Pradesh.
