Agartala: April 26: As the clock struck 9:00 AM, Pinaki Das Choudhury, the Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing Kalyanpur Pramodnagar constituency, arrived at the Class XII School in Rathia. Despite being in a wheelchair, he exercised his democratic right by casting his vote.

After completing the voting process, MLA Pinaki Das Choudhury shared his perspective, emphasizing the significance of citizens’ active participation in the electoral process. He commended the festive spirit with which people across the state were approaching their civic duty.

In addition to exercising his own right to vote, Choudhury expressed optimism that voters throughout the entire Kalyanpur Pramodnagar constituency, as well as other parts of the state, would turn out in large numbers, upholding the longstanding tradition of democratic engagement.
