Agartala April 13: Animesh Debbarma as MLA has visited many constituencies of Asaram Bari Assembly for the last 15 days. The inspection noted that the Golden Age was followed by a Diamond Age of five years. But the people in the area are suffering from various problems including drinking water and roads. Therefore, a review meeting was held on Thursday in the presence of officials of various departments at the Khowai District Administrator’s office to polish the diamond.

Various complaints of people are submitted to the District Magistrate. Next one month time will be given. If the district administration and the government do not take steps to solve the people’s problems, then protests will be formed. Opposition leader Animesh Debbarma said this after the review meeting. He said that he visited various areas including Asharam Bari, Ban Bazar, Barungi Rham, Purba Behala Bari, Bidyabil and witnessed the suffering of people in his own assembly constituency. There are various problems in the area including the problem of drinking water, roads, shortage of teachers in schools since the Rajnya period. A request has been made to the District Magistrate to take initiative to solve these problems quickly in the coming days because people have won by voting with many hopes and aspirations. So the government should take role to complete these works quickly. There are double engine governments at the center and in the states. Money is coming for development. He said that he has talked with the District Magistrate and officials of other departments about spending that money properly for the people. Besides, he also said that the opposition party Tipra Motha is ready to cooperate with the development work of the government.
