Agartala: Dec 07: A seventeen-year-old minor committed suicide by drinking poison after being beaten by his lover’s brother, this is what the family members of the deceased have complained about. The father filed a case at the police station and demanded a fair trial.

The father of the deceased of Khowai, said that for a long time, his son Sayon Bhadra had a love affair with a minor. But it is alleged that Sayon was physically humiliated by the lover’s brother for some reason.

On this day, he also said that last night Sayon told his father that he was having a stomach ache. Immediately, his family members rushed him to Khowai Hospital. He then told his family members that he had taken poison. The doctor on duty at the hospital shifted him to GB Hospital. But the end was not saved, this morning at around 6:30, Sayon breathed his last in the GB hospital. After postmortem, the body was handed over to the family members. The bereaved father of the son demanded a fair trial.
