Agartala, August 29: In view of the upcoming by-elections, Tripura Minister for Food and Public Procurement Department Sushanta Chowdhury participated in a street corner meeting in support of BJP’s nominated candidate Tafazzal Hussain at Ahariya Panchayat ground under 20 Boxanagar Assembly Constituency this afternoon.
Chowdhury said, BJP is working for everyone with the aim of ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Biswas and Sabka Prayas’, above caste. Due to the concerted efforts and sincere vision of the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, North Eastern states including Tripura are moving towards development.
In his words, the BJP government will work in the direction directed by the Prime Minister to continue the overall welfare of the people of the state and the progress of the state. Therefore, to the public representatives present in today’s meeting, to advance the speed of development of the entire state including Boxanagar, he called upon the nominated candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party, Tafazzal Hussain, to win with a large number of votes in the upcoming by-elections.
He also said that the by-election of Boxanagar assembly constituency on September 5-20 is a vote for the progress and stability of the state. The victory of Bharatiya Janata Party nominee Tafazzal Hussain in the Boxanagar assembly constituency by-election will further boost the growth trajectory of the entire state including Boxanagar. This by-election of Boxanagar constituency is very important, the victory of BJP candidate in this constituency will further the work of the double engine government of the state.
