Agartala: July 20: A review meeting of Animal Resources Development Department, AC Welfare Department and Fisheries Department was held at the conference hall of the district governor’s office in Khowai district on Thursday. The meeting was attended by Minister Sudhanshu Das, Assembly Chief Inspector Kalyani Roy, MLA Pinaki Das Chowdhury, Chairman of Khowai Zilla Parishad Jaydeb Debbarma and other officials of various departments.

In an interview, Minister Sudhanshu Das said that the ongoing work of the Animal Resource Development Department will be discussed in today’s meeting. At the same time, various projects under the Department of Fisheries will be discussed. Besides, what benefits are being provided to the common people through the SC Welfare Department will be discussed. He said that the department will work for the purpose of producing fish, meat and milk as per the demand.
