Agartala: Dec 30:  The Kaipeng Christian people of Tuidu have celebrated Gospel Day in Tuidu Binanda Khaw in Ampi nagar Gomati Tripura with great zeal and devotion. Thanks giving event, commemorating the 61st years of the Kaipeng Christianity in 2023 the Kaipeng Christian community celebrated this Gospel Day in great joy where a large number of believers have assembled to participate this auspicious religious event. The Kaipeng believers have conducted the program which was started by mass candle lighting, peaceful thanks giving March from Binandakhaw to Manjurliankhaw as well as Tuidu market road via KCC Church and ended up at Catholic Church Binandakhaw near Kaipeng Christian Diamond Jubilee memorial stone. The peaceful March was led by Pu Bulpanlian Kaipeng,  Omnik Kaipeng, Pa Korlian Kaipeng, Pa Biaklur Kaipeng, Debnammoni Kaipeng and Bhumimoni Kaipeng. The program was initiated after holy opening prayer done by Pi Neirengsonti Kaipeng. There after Good news Gospel messages of God were delivered by Shri Hony Capt(Rtd) Muktaram Kaipeng, church elder of Roman Catholic Church. He said that Christian people have to love and respects one another as Jesus Christ our Lord loves us all. The Presbyterian Church Tuidu Senior Christian elder Pu Ramany Kaipeng also delivered Bible messages of God’s love by reading the Bible. He said, “I am thankful to all the participants because till today we are showing our faithfulness as a true Christian family through this auspicious event. We must be humble and honest to each other to promote the kingdom of God.” He emphasized over the implementation of Jesus teachings in human life which are most important for pious Christian life as well as social fraternity and prosperous status. In between Gospel songs were sung and dance ,mass prayer were held and a minute of remembrance for those who have died in preaching Gospel to generate peace and prosperity in Kaipeng society. Christian elder Pu Vanlalkhawm Kaipeng briefly narrated over the history of the first Kaipeng Christian initiation which was accomplished through the grace of the almighty God for the upliftment of the Kaipeng tribe. He explained that it is the good news that through the grace of Jesus Christ this Gospel Day is being celebrating today here with love, joy, and devotional fervour; singing and praising the almighty God. He inspired the believers that they shall continue to celebrate this Gospel Day in the coming year also. Pu Sonmanlian Kaipeng, an old Christian elder also gave advices & instructions over the management of pure Christian life by obeying the commandments of the lord. He has motivated all participants and appealed all Kaipeng people to observe a bigger program in the coming year too. In end of the Gospel Day observation sweets were distributed amidst the children participants. All were found in joyous mode in the entre programme.
