Agartala: Mar 01: Four youths arrested with cannabis worth crores of rupees. Police of Ganganagar police station succeeded in arresting four youths on the day before the counting of votes. The police have taken up the case against the accused under the NDPS section. It is known that the police of Ganganagar police station recovered Gaza from two vehicles while checking vehicles at Naka point of Ganganagar police station on Wednesday. Based on a tip-off, the Ganganagar police station first searched a vehicle bearing TR 01 BK 0723 and recovered a total of 105 kg of ganja in 76 packets. Two smugglers in the car were also arrested.

Besides, the police also raided a container vehicle numbered DL1GC 4808 based on a tip-off. After searching this car, 1097 kg of ganja in 99 packets was recovered from the secret chamber of the car. Police also arrested two traffickers in this car. Ambassa police rushed to the news of the incident. Police of Ganganagar police station said that based on tip-off, a large amount of gauze was recovered from two vehicles. Four people have been arrested. The police of Ganganagar police station are interrogating them. The market value of seized ganja is approximately Rs 1 crore 20 lakhs. Drug dealers used to smuggle drugs through national highways in the past. But now there is a smoke of drug trafficking on the Fadi route as well. The police administration is also alert in this regard. An example of which is the success of the police in this anti-cannabis campaign.
