Agartala: June 29: Most modern surgeries have started at Agartala Government Dental College and IGM Hospital. The hospital has recently begun performing surgeries using advanced laser technology. Yesterday (June 28), the first surgery utilizing this technology was successfully completed. This new surgical approach represents a significant advancement in modern medical practice. The use of lasers is one of the most sophisticated surgical techniques available today.

One of the primary advantages of laser surgery is the reduction in blood loss during the procedure. Additionally, the surgery time is significantly decreased compared to traditional methods. The laser technique is sutureless, which means there is no need for stitches, leading to less postoperative pain and swelling. Patients also experience faster wound healing and a more comfortable recovery period.
