Agartala: Dec 13: The Trinamool Congress wants to fight the upcoming assembly elections with all those who believe in democracy and secularism and want to defeat the BJP but not CPIM in any case. Because the situation has not yet come to forget the terror and torture that CPI(M) has done on people.Pijush Kanti Biswas, the new president of the Pradesh Trinamool Congress, said this emotionally in a press conference at the Pradesh Trinamool Congress camp on Tuesday. He also said that people have moved away from BJP. People don’t want to keep BJP in power anymore. BJP doesn’t have 10% people to get support. So BJP wants to stay in power by making fun of hooliganism. So now people need to get courage. And he mentioned his name and said that if the police do not take action then he will take action against the Bike Force. He will show how to jail them legally. The Left Front promised to provide employment to the 10,323 teachers who were laid off. But the Left Front did not.The next time the BJP promised. But the BJP government did nothing. Rather, when 10,323 dismissed teachers joined the movement to get their demands, they had to be beaten by the police. The current state government promised that STGT passers will be given jobs. Elections ahead, but the BJP government did not keep its word. Hence the STGT passers went to demonstrate in front of the Education Minister’s residence on Monday. But the police beat them there. The Trinamool Congress will provide them with all kinds of legal support, said Piyush Kanti Biswas, president of the Pradesh Trinamool Congress. He also said that if the government does not meet the demands of 10,323 STGT passers immediately, then the Trinamool Congress will bring the administration to a standstill in the entire state in January. After the press conference, 105 families of voters from Shilachari and Korbuk left different political parties and joined the Trinamool Congress. Trinamool Congress leaders present welcomed the newcomers into the fold. Apart from Pijush Kanti Biswas, Trinamool Congress leaders Sushmita Dev, Rajib Banerjee and others were present at the press conference.
