Agartala: Feb 03: A professor lying on the road in front of GB Hospital with a broken body due to age, no one could tell who he was. Pedestrians thought it might be a vagabond. No one even tried to come forward and speak. He can speak some English which could be a sticking point for many. But MLA Sudip Roy Barman could not turn his attention. Sudip Roy Barman visited GB Hospital on Friday to see a patient. On his way out of the hospital, he noticed an old man lying on the side of the road.Went to the old man, spoke, but in English said his leg hurt. He was a professor at Barbeta College in West Bengal. But due to mental imbalance, he ended up on the street. But the MLA immediately spoke to a social organization and got the professor admitted to GB Hospital for treatment. And Sudip Roy Barman also assured that he will bear all the medical expenses. In this role of MLA, the humanity identity has been given again to the witnesses. For a long time, thousands of people did not lend a helping hand even after seeing the smiling old man in front of the hospital. What is even more surprising is that many doctors and health workers visit GB Hospital every day to provide services. But even though they were involved in the humanitarian profession, they never once thought of taking the old man to the hospital and providing services. But the MLA who couldn’t keep his focus in the rush of busyness made it clear this day.
