Agartala: August 16: Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu has called upon teachers to focus on providing students with a well-rounded education that includes cultural and moral values, in addition to the standard curriculum. He made these remarks while addressing an exchange meeting with students and teachers at Hariradha Vidyamandir in Hadrai, Teliyamura, Khoai district on Friday.
The Governor expressed his satisfaction with the efforts of Vidyabharati Shiksha Samiti Tripura Hariradha Vidyamandir in promoting education, cultural practices, and livelihood opportunities. He emphasized the need for education that goes beyond academics to include cultural and moral teachings.
The event was attended by several dignitaries, including Vidyabharati Education Association President Dr. Milan Rani Jamatia, President of the Management Committee of Hariradha Vidyamandir Hamani Jamatia, Chief Constable MLA Kalyani Saha Roy, District Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner of Khowai Chandani Chandran, Superintendent of Police Dr. Ramesh Chandra Yadav, and Tripura University Vice-Chancellor Ganga Prasad Prasain.
