Agartala: Nov 11: Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu visited two prominent temples in Tripura today, offering prayers and seeking blessings from the deities. His first stop was the Chaturdasha Devta Temple at Khayerpur, a revered site dedicated to 14 Hindu gods and goddesses. The Governor participated in a spiritual ceremony, expressing his devotion and praying for peace and prosperity for the people of Tripura.

 

Following his visit to Khayerpur, the Governor continued his religious journey to the Kasba Kalibari Temple at Kamalasagar, another significant place of worship in the state. The Kasba Kalibari, known for its historical and cultural importance, is dedicated to Goddess Kali. At the temple, the Governor offered his prayers and sought the blessings of the goddess for the well-being of the people.

 

Both temples are important cultural and religious landmarks in Tripura, attracting devotees from across the region. The Governor’s visit was seen as a gesture of respect for the traditions and values of the people of Tripura, as well as a symbol of the state’s strong cultural heritage. His prayers and offerings were met with warmth and respect by the temple authorities and devotees alike.
