Government cannot run without the cooperation of employees: Minister Sushanta Chowdhury

In an interview, Minister Shukla Charan Noyatia said that the recruitment policy was changed for the benefit of the unemployed in the state. On this day, the offer letter has been handed over to those who have received the offer in the group-C post in the co-operative department and the minority department. Meanwhile, on this day, Mahakaran No. 3 conference hall, through a ceremony, the offer letter was handed over to 8 job seekers for the post of LDC in the transport department. Transport Minister Sushanta Chowdhury, Department Secretary U.K. Chakma, Transport Department Commissioner Subrata Chowdhury and others were present at the event. Minister Sushanta Chowdhury personally handed over the offer letter to the job aspirants on this day. Later, while discussing the event, Minister Sushanta Chowdhury said that no government can run without the cooperation of employees. Ministers, secretaries, officers will determine the policy. But the government employees work to implement the project. No project will be successful if the employees are not working properly. If the LDCs do not work properly, the office will become stagnant. Currently, highly educated boys and girls are joining the post of LDC. This is a joy. Minister Sushanta Chowdhury called upon the government employees to work in such a way that the common people do not have to be harassed.
