Agartala, August 26: Day by day the rampant drug business is increasing in the state. Based on tip-off, police today raided a house in the capital’s Lakshmi Narayan Mandir area and seized a huge amount of drug paraphernalia. Three college students and a girl were arrested and taken to the police station.

Residents complain, Geeta Debnath, a resident of the area adjacent to Lakshi Narayan’s house, has been running a thriving business of selling drugs in her house for a long time. Besides, she used to arrange drug sessions at her house every day. Geeta Debnath is working in PWD office. Locals alleged that his daughter is also involved in that business.
