First women’s police station in Dhalai district inaugurated

Agartala, August 2: Chief Minister Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha inaugurated the first women’s police station in Dhalai district today. this morning.

He was given a guard of honor when he reached Ambassa by train from Agartala. He then met all the police officials in a short ceremony at the Mahila Thana conference hall.

On this day, the Chief Minister said that the newly constructed Ambassa Women Police station was inaugurated today, fulfilling the long-term expectations of the people of Ambassa. He expressed hope that Ambassa Women Police station will play a big role in the coming days to prevent crimes related to women.
