During the pujas around the upcoming Sharadiya Durgotsava, pilgrims and pilgrims will come to Agartala from different parts of the state to witness the puja without interruption.

Apart from this, all the measures which were taken from the whole rules last year in the case of idol desecration have been properly taken this time also every club will be banned in the matter of idol desecration and all the repairs starting from the roads of each ward in view of the upcoming Sharadiya Durga festival. A total budget of five crore rupees has been sanctioned for each ward to repair existing works. Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor Deepak Majumdar and corporators of each ward were present in the conference hall of Agartala Municipal Corporation on Wednesday.
