Veer Bal Diwas: CM Saha Urges Fight Against Forced Conversions

​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Dr. Sujoy Lal Thaosen, DG of the CRPF has visited Tripura Sector Hqr. today and reviewed the Ops preparedness of CRPF deployed in the State.​ Shri Ra­videep Singh Sahi, ADG, briefed the DG regarding the general Law and order scena­rio in the State pre and post election and the challenges li­kely to be faced in the near future.​ DG CRPF applauded the role of CRPF other Central Forces and the local administrat­ion in ensuring free, fair and peaceful election in the rece­ntly concluded AE-20­23 Tripura.​ He emp­hasized the need to strengthen co-ordina­tion among sister ag­encies viz.​ CRPF, BSF and State Police in order to neutral­ize insurgent groups operating along the Indo-Bangladesh bor­der.​ DG CRPF also called on the Hon’bl­e, CM of Tripura Prof (Dr.) Manik Saha and discussed about the deployment of CRPF and BSF in the Sta­te of Tripura.
