Doctors set an example again after complex surgery

Agartala: Dec 28: Agartala GBP Hospital doctors set a precedent again in complex surgery. In an accident, Mr. Krishnadhan Poddar (36), a professional car driver, was seriously injured by a rod stuck in his throat and face on Tuesday. After the accident he has huge blood lose, locals shifted him to GBP hospital. Doctors on duty immediately started treatment, after becoming stable a special medical team of GBP hospital was able to remove this rod through successful surgery with great risk. ENT surgeon, Anesthesia team, Radiology team jointly conducted the operation. Dr.Tanmoy Chakraborty, Dr. Satyakam Chakraborty, Dr. Sayantan Rudrapaul and Dr. Tarun Guha in ENT team, Dr. Bhaskar Majumder and Dr. Biswajit Majumder is in critical management team along with operation assistants. According to the doctors the injured person is out of danger for now.
