Agartala: Nov 07: Doctors at the GB Hospital in Agartala have successfully saved a seven-month-old infant from the brink of death, showcasing remarkable medical skill and determination. The infant, named Taniya Begum, was born prematurely at the Dhalai District Hospital on August 7. Weighing just 670 grams, the infant’s chances of survival were extremely low. The attending doctors at Dhalai Hospital, after evaluating the critical condition of the baby, predicted that the infant would survive only for two days. Given the grave situation, the baby was immediately referred to the GB Hospital in Agartala for further treatment.
