Agartala January 4: After being missing for three days, the naked body of a Divyangan girl was recovered from a reservoir near the house. The incident took place in Ward No. 4 area of Chaikdrun of Maheshpur under Kadamtala police station. The mother of the dead girl said that she went to the market from home last Monday.
She was not found after that. Her body was recovered from the pond near the house on Thursday. On the day of her disappearance, she first finished other household chores and left the house after bathing in the pond and performing puja. The deceased mother said her marriage was being discussed. The police of Kadamtala police station rushed to the spot and sent the body to the mortuary of Kadamtala Social Hospital for post-mortem. Meanwhile, the police are reluctant to open their mouths before the autopsy.
