Demonstration for demanding recognition of Kakborok language written in Roman script

Agartala May 26: TSF organized a protest at the foot of the Gandhi statue adjacent to the Circuit House in the capital on Friday demanding the recognition of Kakbarak language in Roman script.

On this day, the workers and supporters of the organization participated in the protest program with banners and placards. The leaders of the organization said that Kakbarak language is their mother tongue, they will decide in which script to write their language. They want to write Kakbarak language in roman script. Therefore, they demand that Kakbarak language should be recognized to be written in Roman script. Otherwise, they will join the larger movement in the future.
