College student raped in Amtali, Tripura! Accused arrested in police investigation! Excitement in the area!!!

There is tension in the entire area due to the rape of a college student in the Badharghat railway station area near Agartala in Tripura. Currently, the raped girl is undergoing treatment at the GB Hospital there . As his condition is serious, he is unable to speak properly . However, the student said in a tearful voice that like every other day, on her way home from college on Tuesday evening, a young man named Gautam Sharma, her acquaintance, followed her. When he reached Amtali bypass road area, Gautam grabbed his face and tied him to the car and raped him. Later the girl somehow reached home and opened everything and told her mother The next day, the girl’s mother filed a written statement against the rapist named Gautam at Amtali police station. In this incident, the police registered the case under the Indian Penal Code No. 376 Pox Act and arrested the accused Gautam Sharma. When the accused was sent to the West Tripura District and Sessions Court. on Thursday, he was remanded in jail on the orders of the Hon’ble Court. In this case, the locals have demanded the hanging of the accused.
