Speaking to reporters after the meeting concluded, Pradyot, also the royal scion of Tripura, said that as the Budget Session is going to be held soon hence he came to meet the CM and the discussion was in congenial atmosphere on ADC (autonomous district council) and fund flow beside other issues which he would not like to reveal right now and is likely address a press conference in the next few days.

When asked if the long pending issue and ensured regarding declaring the name of the interlocutor by the union Home Ministry to discuss on the constitutional solution for the development of the tribal section people and Tipraland was discussed, Pradyot said, “See after three months we are much wiser and smarter so I will not give any statement still something concrete happens but yes Budget Session is coming and we have spoken about TTAADC (Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council) and release of funds beside various other subjects – political and administrative which will come to light once it is formalised.”

“Should not we continue our dialogue in democracy, I stand by my demand but I have to hear their (CM’s) point of view……I do not believe in the boycott culture and I discuss regarding overall development of Tripura. I speak for all and on positive things. Every time I go and meet someone and then people try to make political mileage out of it that is not right. We have spoke on host of issue, whatever has been discussed is between the Chief Minister and me and it will remain so. Everything cannot be disclosed to the media as it was private. On right time it will be discussed and come before you.”

However, the Opposition party supremo reiterated that his party demand (for greater Tipralan) is in ‘black and white, clear and it shall remain’.

He added that he shall continue to speak on his core demand or for the existence of his community but not against the right of any community.

Along with Pradyot Kishore his party MLA Brishaketu Debbarma also noticed in his car while they were coming out of the CM’s official residence late in the night.
