Chairman of the West Tripura District Council breathes his last

Agartala: Feb 13: Balai Goswami, Chairman of the West Tripura District Council, passed away prematurely. He breathed his last yesterday at a hospital in Chennai. Chief Minister Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha, along with MP Biplab Kumar Deb, Minister Ratan Lal Nath, MP Rajib Bhattacharjee, Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor Deepak Majumder, Transport Minister Sushanta Chowdhury, and others, expressed deep sorrow over his demise.

Chief Minister Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha expressed his grief on social media, stating that he is deeply saddened and shocked by the untimely demise of Balai Goswami, describing it as an irreparable loss to the Bharatiya Janata Party family and countless admirers. He mentioned speaking to Goswami’s daughter and the hospital authorities upon receiving the news of his illness, and he could not have imagined that Goswami would leave them so soon. He extended his deepest condolences to the bereaved family and relatives.

 

MP Biplab Kumar Deb also expressed his grief, highlighting Goswami’s efficiency and dedication to the organization. He extended his condolences to the bereaved family and relatives and prayed for the departed soul.

 

Minister Ratan Lal Nath expressed his deep sadness and pain, describing Goswami’s passing as a great and irreparable loss to his family, the people of the state, the party, and himself personally. He extended his condolences to the family and prayed for their support.

 

MP Rajib Bhattacharjee expressed his shock and sadness, noting Goswami’s untimely demise as an irreparable loss to the Bharatiya Janata Party family. He emphasized that the party has lost a skilled organizer, and the state has lost a skilled administrator. He extended his deepest condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul.

 

Minister Sushanta Chowdhury wrote about his deep sadness and shock at Goswami’s untimely demise, describing it as a huge irreparable loss and finding it difficult to accept that a long-time political comrade has passed away.

 

Agartala Municipal Corporation Mayor Deepak Majumder also expressed deep grief, extending his condolences to the family and praying for the salvation and eternal peace of Goswami’s departed soul. He described Goswami’s untimely demise as a significant irreparable loss.
