Agartala December 10: On December 11, Tourism Department’s Brand Ambassador Sourav Ganguly will visit the state for a two-day visit. He will visit the state to promote the tourism industry of the state. Minister Sushanta Chowdhury announced this news at a press conference at Gitanjali Tourism Guest House on Sunday. Sourav Ganguly will arrive at MBB airport at 6 pm on Monday on his state visit. From there he will go straight to the royal house.
Sourav Ganguly will exchange the agreement letter with the tourism department there. Then Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation Deepak Majumdar will felicitate Saurabh Ganguly. Sourav Ganguly will then go to the Chief Minister’s official residence and hold a meeting with the Chief Minister. Then he will spend the night in a private hotel. On Tuesday at 6 am, he will go straight to the Chirmura tourist center. He will shoot there. From there he will return to the Agartala Raj House in the afternoon. He will also shoot there. Then he will return to Kolkata by 7:55 PM flight. He also said that the state government has already announced Sourav Ganguly as the state guest. Minister Sushanta Chowdhury expressed the hope that a new chapter in the tourism of Tripura state will begin. With the help of Sourav Ganguly, the tourist centers of Tripura state will be presented to the world. The press conference was also organized by Tourism Department Secretary U.K. Chakma and Department Director Tapan Kumar Das.
