Agartala: April 12: A somber discovery unfolded at the Tripura Bakery guest house in Dharmanagar, where the lifeless body of a young man was found in the bathroom. The incident is believed to have occurred between 2:00 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Around 4:00 a.m., officers from the Dharmanagar police station arrived at the scene and recovered the deceased. The victim has been identified as Shiva Purakayastha, a 20-year-old youth. His father, Gaur Prasad Purakayastha, resides in the Ganganagar area under the jurisdiction of Bagbasa police station.
The body has been transported to the district hospital morgue for further examination. Following the post-mortem, it will be released to the family. Meanwhile, authorities from the Dharmanagar police station are diligently investigating the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
