Agartala, September 26: On the occasion of the anniversary of Sri Arobindo General Degree College (English medium), Kunjaban, a blood donation camp was organized by MSS unit. Mayor Deepak Majumdar inaugurated this blood donation camp.

Besides, the principal of the college along with the corporator Hiralal Debnath and other professors were also present. College students as well as professors also participated in this blood donation camp today.

Mayor Deepak Majumdar said that such blood donation camps maintain balance between demand and supply. Apart from studies, he expressed satisfaction that the students came forward for this blood donation camp as a social responsibility.

He expressed the hope that the first English medium college in the state would provide opportunities to the students in the coming days and that the college would be enriched in academics.
