Agartala: July 25: Due to the organizational weakness of the opposition, it could not field candidates in the panchayat elections. It is not the BJP government’s responsibility. People rejected them in panchayat elections like other elections. State BJP President Rajib Bhattacharjee raised the tone against the opposition by holding a press conference today.

On this day, he said, there are a total of 6370 seats in the village panchayat in the Tristar Panchayat elections. Out of that 4550 seats were won unopposed by BJP nominated candidates. That is, the election will be held in 1820 seats in Gram Panchayat. Similarly, there are 423 total seats in Panchayat Samiti elections. Out of these, BJP won 235 seats unopposed. That is, in 188 constituencies, this year’s Panchayat Samiti elections will be contested.

On this day, he also said that the total number of seats in the Zilla Parishad in the three-tier panchayat elections is 116. Out of that, BJP has won 20 seats unopposed. That is, elections will be held in 20 constituencies in Zilla Parishad. Thanks to all BJP workers and people of Tripura for this victory.

According to him, it is clear from the results of the Lok Sabha elections and the Panchayat elections that the people are with the BJP government. The election results are proof of the developmental work that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Chief Ministers of the states are doing in the interest of the people.

His sarcasm, many Congress workers were displaced, many Congress workers were killed during CPM rule. Bumgrace has been infested in the state today. People rejected them in panchayat elections like other elections.

In today’s press conference, General Secretary of BJP Pradesh Amit Rakshit said that before the panchayat elections, the candidates nominated by BJP have won unopposed in 71 percent seats in village panchayat, zilla parishad and panchayat samiti. He thanked Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha and State BJP President Rajeev Bhattacharya for this massive victory.
