Agartala: Feb 16: Himani Debbarma, a BJP candidate from Golaghati assembly constituency, has accused the opposition of obstructing voting. The BJP has demanded a re-poll in that centre.Himani said miscreants have prevented voters from casting their votes in Golaghati Assembly constituency. He also alleged that people were threatened not to vote. He is contacting the BJP party office and the police station in this regard. He said that he will apply to the Election Commission for re-polling.BJP candidate Himani also wanted to know what steps the Returning Officer has taken in view of the allegations of obstruction of voting against the opponent.
