Award distribution on June 6
On the occasion of Rabindranath Tagore’s 162nd and rebel poet Kazi Nazrul Islam’s 124th birth anniversaries, the AIDS and Tripura State Organizing Committee organized an online Akon competition among students. A cultural program and discussion meeting with winning prizes among the students participating in the competition was organized on June 6 at Muktdhara Auditorium Hall.
But due to unavoidable reasons the program will be held at Nazrul Kalakshetra instead of Muktdhara Auditorium Hall. Hillol Bhattacharya, Member of the Editorial Board of All India Committee will also be present as the main speaker in the program of music, recitation, drama, dance. Apart from this, educational materials will also be distributed among the needy students On behalf of the organization, the organizers called upon the students, parents and general public from all sections to make the event a success
