Assam Rifles and Customs Department Conduct Successful Anti-Drug Operation

Agartala: Nov 24: The Assam Rifles and the Customs Department have successfully conducted a significant operation against drug trafficking. The Assam Rifles informed the Customs Department that the seized 1000 grams of crystal methamphetamine is internationally known as ICE.

Acting on a tip-off, the Assam Rifles quickly launched an operation. A large quantity of drugs was seized during the operation and subsequently handed over to the Customs Department.

This operation highlights the Assam Rifles’ unwavering commitment to combating drug trafficking and illegal smuggling activities in the region.
