Agartala, August 3 : A new pair of demo trains are going to be launched on the Agartala-Sabroom route very soon. The Union Ministry of Railways has approved the demo train today. Transport Minister Sushant Chowdhury said this at a press conference at the Secretariat today.
He said that a few days ago a letter was sent to the Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishab to increase the number of coaches in the train from Agartala to Sabrum. Because of the amount of people gathered, common people are facing difficulties. Today, the Ministry of Railways has informed the Transport Department through a letter that one more pair of demo trains will be started on the Agartala-Sabroom route. From now two pairs of demo trains will ply on Agartala-Sabroom route. This is how the people of Tripura are enjoying the benefits of the double engine government, he claimed.
