Alleged death of patient due to non-cooperation of private security personnel in the hospital

Agartala, November 11: A critically ill patient died due to non-cooperation of private security personnel at IGM Hospital. This is the complaint made by the family members of the deceased. They alleged that the patient died due to standing for a long time in front of the emergency department of the hospital. The incident created tension in the hospital premises for a while. Police and CRPF jawans rushed to handle the situation.

It is known that on Friday night, a person named Samu Mia, a resident of Dakshin Chandrapur area, was taken to IGM Hospital with respiratory problems. But the family of the deceased alleged that Samu Mia died due to non-cooperation of private security personnel at IGM Hospital.

 

They also complained that they were made to stand in front of the emergency department of the hospital for a long time. Not allowed to see doctors. Later, when the doctor came to see Samu Mia, the patient’s condition had become critical and the patient was on the verge of death. The incident caused tension in the hospital premises for a while. Police and CRPF jawans rushed to control the situation
